• Coordinating efforts with bureaux/departments and stakeholders in implementation of the CCF initiative
  
  
• Overseeing the financial management and overall funding allocation of the CCF
  
  
• Monitoring the operation of the CCF and evaluating the effectiveness of the CCF initiative
