Open Public Forum – West Kowloon Cultural District “How We Can Make A Success Of It”

A two-session open public forum on the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD), which was organized and moderated by Sir David Tang Wing-cheung, was held at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Art on 18th April 2009. The forum, which was partly sponsored by the Home Affairs Bureau, invited an expert panel of eight top executives from world-renowned performing arts venues and museums to share views and answer questions on how to make the West Kowloon Cultural District a success. It also attracted various local artists and the general public to participate and share their views in the forum.
