UBS Hong Kong Open Championship 2007

The UBS Hong Kong Open Championship 2007 (the Golf Open), organised by the Hong Kong Golf Association Limited, was held from 15 to 18 November 2007 at the Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling. With the presence of top world-ranking professional golfers from all over the world, 31,000 golf lovers were attracted to watch these four days of high quality and exciting golf tournament. The Golf Open has been recognised as an "M" Mark event by the Major Sports Events Committee under the Sports Commission for the third consecutive year.

The Spanish player, Miguel Angel JIMˇĽNEZ finally caught up the contender, Robert KARLSSON of Sweden, and won the championship.

A total attendance of 31,000 was recorded for this year's event, more than double the attendance of the previous year		The Golf Open has been awarded "M" Mark status by the Major Sports Events Committee
