Voter Registration (29 June to 3 August 2007) |
Deadline for Voter Registration Extended to 5:00pm on 3 August
2007 (Friday).
To allow more time for arts organisations registered as nominating bodies
to prepare voter registration submissions for their members, the deadline
for voter registration will be extended to 5:00pm on 3 August 2007(Friday).
- The arts organisations specified as members of nominating bodies of
the respective arts interests must submit voter registration forms of
their members in this phase to enable them to participate in the subsequent
phases of the nomination exercise to nominate candidates, seek candidature
and vote. Arts organisations registered as nominating bodies in 2004
or before must submit afresh voter registration forms of their members
this year.
- The individual arts workers specified as members of nominating bodies
of the respective arts interests will automatically become voters and
do not need to register again in this phase.
- The list of arts organisations / individual arts workers specified
as organisational / individual members of the nominating bodies of arts
interests is published in the Gazette on 29 June 2007 appended below-
