Terms of reference
To determine appeal by any person aggrieved by
- a requirement made or a direction given by the
Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services (the
Director) under the Amusement Rides (Safety) Ordinance;
- a refusal by the Director to give a consent, approval
or permission under the Ordinance; or
- a revocation by the Director of a consent, approval
or permission given under the Ordinance.
