Terms of Reference

The Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Arts Centre is the governing and executive body of the Hong Kong Arts Centre (Arts Centre) and may exercise all the powers conferred and perform all the duties imposed on the Arts Centre by the Hong Kong Arts Centre Ordinance, Chapter 304 .

Description of Job

The Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Arts Centre is established under the Hong Kong Arts Centre Ordinance as the governing and executive body of the Arts Centre. The Arts Centre is committed to its mission in nurturing creativity, arts and cultural engagement through its two-pronged approach in promoting contemporary performing arts, visual arts and film and video arts, as well as in providing arts education.
