Maintenance Payments

  • Community Involvement Projects on Maintenance 2011-12

    Submissions under the Community Involvement Projects on Maintenance 2011-12 are invited.  By providing sponsorship to organisations to organise projects, we hope to enhance public’s awareness in the rights in maintenance payees and the service available to the maintenance payees in the event of default payment by the maintenance payers, and to encourage voluntary compliance in maintenance payment by advocating the responsibilities of maintenance payers.

    The deadline for the submission of the proposed projects is 26 August 2011 (Friday). All projects under this scheme should be completed by 31 January 2012 (Tuesday).
