The downloadable version
of the computer programme is to facilitate the calculation
of interest and surcharge on arrears of maintenance in
an “offline” environment, i.e. an environment
where access to the Internet is not available. This downloadable
computer programme performs similar functions as the “online”
computer programme provided in this website, and the calculation
results of the two programmes would be identical.

it to your hard disk.
- Run the Programme Setup.
- Follow the instructions to install
the "Offline Programme" to your PC. (A detailed
"Installation Guide" can be downloaded here
(In Adobe PDF Format).
- Download the "Judgment Rate File"
here and save
it to your hard disk.
- Execute the "Judgment Rate File".
- Follow the instructions to update
the judgment rate data on your PC.

As the judgment rate is updated from time to time, please
regularly visit this web site to download and install
the latest version of the “Judgment Rate File”.
